What is Soft Play?

Soft Play is a fun, interactive, and stylish setup that is perfectly tailored for your littles! It is a perfect way to get their wiggles out, while also developing important skills like balance, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. It’s also a great way for toddlers to socialize with other little ones. Fact: Toddlers love playing! It is How they learn and grow, explore their world, and have fun!

What ages can use the soft play setup?

Soft Play is open to children 5 and younger.

What sizes are your bounce houses? 

Our bounce houses come in all shapes, sizes, and colors to suit any theme! Our smallest is 6x6 feet, our most popular size is 8x8 feet, and go all the way up to 10x14 feet!

Do you provide personalizations? 

Yes! We offer custom personalizations to match your little ones’ party theme perfectly. Personalizations start at $25 and range in price depending on your request. View our personalization page for more information!

Do you offer ballon garlands?

Yes, we do! Please view our balloons page for pricing. Ballon garlands vary in price based on the size of your selected bounce house.

How many kids can use a bounce house at once?

It varies by the size of the bounce house! Please message us and we can answer any questions you may have about specific bounce houses.

Are there any rules while using bounce houses and soft-play areas?

Yes, we ask that you observe these rules:

  • No shoes. Socks are required.

  • No Food, snacks, candy in play area.

  • No paint, slime or sharp objects.

  • Parents are required to stay and watch toddlers.

  • All balls must stay in ball pit, all soft play is to stay in play area.

  • An extra cleaning fee may be applied if rules are not followed*.

Can you provide options for any colors and themes?

Yes! We have a large catalog of products and can work with any theme or color combination, please let us know what you’re envisioning and we will be more than happy to help you bring it to life.

How soon should I book my bounce house rental, soft play, or ball pit?

We recommend you book as soon as you know your date, our calendar fills up quickly!

What happens after I submit my booking inquiry?

You will receive an email letting you know if your date is available and an invoice if no further information is required. We require a $100 deposit in order to guarantee your date. Your date is not confirmed until we receive your deposit payment. We will hold your date for 24 hrs from sending our invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your event and use your credit.

What if it rains?

To ensure the safety of the little ones, we recommend not setting up outdoors if there is a high chance of rain in the forecast. However, you may reschedule your rental if you’d like. *Please note once we set up our play zone we do not relocate or move the setup elsewhere.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards.

When is the payment due?

The invoice must be paid in full one month prior to the event.
